Description
Clara drove to our office from Highland Park. We started with a consultation for dental implants for her bottom-front, loose teeth, and upper-left back middle tooth. Her bottom front four teeth were loose due to advanced gum disease and the upper left middle tooth had a failing root canal. All five teeth were extracted and replaced with 5 single dental implants and 5 porcelain crowns. It took a couple years to correct the large boney defect in the bottom front area. This was done by doing bone and gum grafts on three separate times. Today Clara enjoys eating normally and loves her healthy smile .
